Online Application Procedure：

1.Before completing an online application form, please prepare the following items:

– Birth Certificate
– Immunization record
– Student Photo
– Bank Receipt of the application fee $40（*Applicants are reminded to bring the bank receipt to school on the interview day for verification）

2.Please transfer the application fee $40 to the following bank account, Keep the bank receipt and return it to the school for verification on the interview day:

3.Fill in the form and upload above items to the relevant fields.

4.After completing the application procedure, parents will receive a verification email. Please make sure to check your email inbox and junk mailbox, if necessary.（Parents are required to provide an email address）

5.You will receive an application No. when you complete the verification process. Parents can use this application No., as well as their registered email addresses, to amend or print out the application form before the deadline.
